EventPixel is a fully digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product. We do not sell or ship any physical goods. No physical delivery, courier, or shipping of any kind is required or involved in any transaction on our platform.
Instant Digital Access
Upon successful completion of payment, access to your EventPixel dashboard and all associated features is granted instantly. You will receive a confirmation email with your account details and access link within a few minutes of your transaction.
There is no waiting period, processing time, or delivery window for our services. Access is available 24/7 from any internet-connected device immediately after payment.
What You Receive
Upon successful payment, you will receive:
- Immediate access to your EventPixel dashboard.
- Ability to create and manage your event pages online.
- Access to your paid plan's features (AI face recognition, custom domains, etc.) as per your chosen plan.
- A payment confirmation and tax invoice sent to your registered email address.
Payment Failure & Access Issues
If your payment is completed but access to the dashboard is not granted within 15 minutes, please contact our support team immediately. We will resolve access issues promptly and ensure you receive the full benefit of your purchase.
For failed transactions where your bank account or card was debited, please refer to our Refund Policy — refunds for failed transactions are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment source.
