Unlimited is Truly Unlimited (For Regular Events)

When we say "unlimited storage" or "unlimited guests" for your event, we mean it for the context of a standard, genuine social or corporate gathering. Our intention is to let you capture thousands of photos and videos from your big day without ever worrying about a rigid quota.

What is Not Allowed

To ensure high quality of service for all our users, we strictly prohibit the use of EventPixel for:

• Cloud Drive Archiving: Using EventPixel simply as a cheap, long-term cloud storage dumping ground for massive video files or backups that are completely unrelated to a specific event.
• Commercial Distribution: Operating EventPixel as a content delivery network (CDN) to host files embedded in other commercial applications or high-traffic public websites outside of the standard event sharing scope.
• Automated Scraping & Bots: Using automated scripts to rapidly upload or download terabytes of data, causing severe strain on our infrastructure.

Abnormal Usage Thresholds

While over 99.9% of events will comfortably fall within our allowed usage, we reserve the right to flag accounts that consume infrastructure resources (bandwidth, storage) at an extreme rate that negatively impacts the platform for others. This is typically only triggered by cases of programmatic abuse or massive commercial misuse.

Enforcement

If your account triggers our automated abuse safeguards, we will attempt to contact you via email to understand your use case. If the abusive behavior continues or is a blatant violation of these terms, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend your event uploads or terminate the account to protect the platform's stability.
